Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and retail sales strategies to ensure top-tier service delivery. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license required. Proven experience in hair styling with knowledge of color theory and sanitation standards. Skills in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care are highly desirable. Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail management. Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
