Key Responsibilities:

Provide haircuts and styling services primarily for kids in a fun, friendly, and patient manner Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client and parent preferences Recommend hair care products and services to drive retail sales Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized salon Stay up to date on hair trends, kids' styles and techniques Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a smooth client experience

Qualifications:

Active Texas Cosmetology or Barber License (required) Experience as a Hair Stylist, Barber, or Cosmetologist Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with children of all ages Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards Basic computer/POS system familiarity Preferred (Not Required): Experience with kids' haircuts Retail sales or upselling experience Ability to mentor or train junior stylists
