Whether you're seasoned or just getting started, we want to hear from you. This Role Is For You If:

You specialize in (or are learning) locs, braiding, or natural hair services You are comfortable — or working toward being comfortable — servicing clients independently You can conduct or learn to conduct thorough, professional consultations You are ready to step into a supportive, booked salon environment You value professionalism, consistency, and client experience Services We Work With (Experience a Plus, Not Required): Loc Services Interlocking (tightening & maintenance) Microlocs Traditional locs Loc repairs & extensions Retwists & styling Braiding Box braids, knotless braids, micro braids Cornrows & feed-in styles Twists & twist-outs Protective styles Natural Hair Wash & go's, braid-outs, flexi rod sets Blowouts & natural styling Hair health consultations Product recommendations for natural textures If you have some exposure to any of these services — or a genuine desire to learn — we want to talk.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality services within your specialty (locs, braiding, and/or natural hair) Conduct professional consultations and recommend appropriate services and care plans Service clients efficiently while maintaining quality Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation Support a positive, welcoming salon environment Recommend retail products when appropriate Stay aligned with Lok Lovin' service standards and client experience expectations
