The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cosmetology, with the ability to deliver exceptional client service and create beautiful, customized hairstyles. This role requires a passion for hair styling, coloring, and customer care. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services including color, cuts, hair styling and hair extensions . Hair extensions training will be provided at no cost Perform hair coloring services utilizing color theory principles to achieve desired results Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer expert recommendations Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling, coloring, and techniques Assist clients with extension applications or express willingness to learn extension techniques for free at the salon Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to safety standards Experience Prior salon experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong passion for hairstyling and cosmetology is essential Knowledge of hair coloring techniques and color theory Experience or willingness to learn about hair extensions is highly desirable Proficiency in client communication and customer service skills Familiarity with updo's, event hair styling, and various hair styling techniques is preferred This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a setting that values self-expression, creativity, and excellent service.
