In this role, you will bring your passion for grooming and hair artistry to deliver exceptional barbering services that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. As a Licensed Barber, your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients can enjoy personalized haircuts, shaves, and styling. Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling tailored to each client's preferences. Utilize salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently. Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation procedures in accordance with TDLR. Offer expert advice on hair care and styling techniques to meet individual client needs. Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products or grooming tools enhance client results and increase store revenue through upselling. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their desired look while providing professional recommendations based on face shape, hair type, and current trends. Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; experience working in the beauty industry is highly preferred. Proven expertise in barbering techniques Familiarity with salon software systems such as Vagaro for appointment booking and client management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while providing outstanding customer service. Preferred experience working in retail sales environments with a focus on upselling products related to hair care and grooming. Training can be provided.
