Hair Stylist — Hourly + Tips (Licensed)

The opportunity This is an hourly chair starting at $13+/hr based on experience, plus you keep 100% of your tips. No commission math, no chasing tiers — you clock in, do good work, and get paid. Great fit for stylists newer to the chair, parents who want consistent hours, or experienced stylists who are done with commission-chasing. What you'd actually be doing Cuts, styling, and color services for a friendly mix of regulars and walk-ins. Most of our work is solid, clean haircuts done well — consultations matter, and I want stylists who listen first and cut second. Standard salon turnover duties between clients, end-of-day close-out, and being a good teammate to the front desk and rest of the team.
