Licensed Cosmetologist for Spring/ Conroe Area

Working with the elderly community is a rewarding experience. Providing personal salon services to the aging population affects not just the client but also the onsite nursing staff and the families of the residents. We all are working towards the same end goal, to enrich the lives of the residents we service. You will be working alongside a team of highly skilled medical professionals and administrative staff. The staff will know details of the personality, physical health and temperament of each guest and in-turn you will learn appropriate products, techniques and styles that will have them looking their best. We are currently seeking a reliable, skilled and experience cosmetologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver quality salon services to senior citizens living within a variety of living facilities in the Houston and surrounding areas. To succeed in this position you must possess patience, integrity, compassion, and be a skillful technician. You must be capable of working alone, while always remaining within TDLR standard and procedural requirements. Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled appointments.
• Clean salon station and shampoo bowl between each guest.
• Verify client approval before servicing any new guest.
• Report weekly time sheet and services into spreadsheet Requirements and Qualifications
• Lives or willing to commute to properties in the Spring and Conroe areas.
• Current TDLR Cosmetology Operators License
• Minimum of 5 years' hands on experience in beauty industry
• Significant experience in coloring, haircutting, styling, perms, roller sets, manicures, pedicures, men's cuts, and face shaving.

Must be willing to perform basic manicure and pedicure services. We will train the right candidate.
