What you'd actually be doing Cuts, color, styling, perms, and waxing for a friendly mix of regulars and walk-ins. Consultations matter here — I want stylists who listen first and cut second. Standard salon turnover duties between clients, end-of-day close-out, and being a good teammate to the bathers and front desk.
