What We're Looking For:

Licensed cosmetologist or barber with hands-on experience A passion for continuing education and leveling up your skills A natural team player who brings positive energy (no drama zone) Confidence in consultations, styling, color, and client care Retail-savvy mindset—you love helping clients maintain their look at home Bonus points for experience with extensions or additional services
