We proudly use Davines as our primary color line and are passionate about providing an elevated salon experience with exceptional customer service, education, and artistry. We are currently preparing to move into a brand-new salon facility, creating an exciting opportunity for a stylist looking to grow with an established and team-oriented salon.
What You'll Do:
Provide customized hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, balayage, blonding, and extensions Deliver exceptional guest experiences through consultations and personalized recommendations Recommend professional products and home-care routines to clients Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon Build and maintain strong client relationships Work collaboratively within a positive, professional team environment
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Cosmetologist in Washington State Experience behind the chair preferred Strong technical skills in cutting and color services Extension experience is a plus Professional, reliable, and team-oriented personality Passion for continued education and industry growth Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
