What You'll Do Provide exceptional haircutting and grooming services tailored to each guest. Perform precision haircuts, fades, clipper and scissor cuts, beard trims, neck shaves, styling, and gray blending. Consult with guests to understand their needs and make thoughtful service and product recommendations. Create a welcoming, professional, and memorable guest experience from start to finish. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations, tools, and equipment. Build strong guest relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business. Recommend retail products and additional services that support each guest's grooming goals. Stay current on techniques, trends, and industry education. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented salon culture. Show up reliably, professionally, and ready to deliver great work every shift. What We're Looking For Current Washington State Barber or Cosmetology License . Experience with men's haircutting and grooming services preferred. Strong clipper and scissor cutting skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude. Strong understanding of sanitation and safety practices. Dependable, punctual, and motivated. A genuine interest in continued education, personal growth, and building a successful career behind the chair. Schedule Requirements This is a full-time position. Minimum of 32 hours per week required. Weekend availability is required. Candidates who are unable to commit to a minimum of 32 hours per week or weekend availability should not apply.
