The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality men's haircuts, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. Whether you're an experienced barber or a licensed cosmetologist with men's cutting experience, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with competitive pay, excellent tip potential, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for continued skill development. Key Responsibilities Perform quality men's haircuts while providing exceptional customer service. Consult with clients to understand their desired haircut and style. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation. Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Perform additional barbering services as trained. Straight razor shaving experience is not required; training will be provided. Qualifications 1-3+ years of barber experience preferred. Comfortable performing basic men's haircuts. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced barbershop environment. Flexible scheduling availability, including Saturdays.
