Duties Provide professional hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair care treatments tailored to each client's preferences and needs Perform nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and sanitation standard Conduct consultations to understand client desires, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on hair and nail care routines Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment adhering to all health regulations and safety protocols Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking Engage in front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, upselling retail products, and handling payments with retail math skills Promote retail sales by recommending products aligned with client needs while demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist, hairstylist, barber, or nail technician Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques including cutting, blow-drying, straight razor shaving, and hair threading Expertise in hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles; experience with hair extensions is a plus Familiarity with salon management software or similar platforms for scheduling and client management Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to cosmetology and nail care services Experience in retail sales strategies including upselling products to enhance client results and salon revenue Ability to work efficiently at the front desk managing appointments, retail transactions, and client communication Join us if you're passionate about transforming lives through beauty!
