The Institute of Beauty and Wellnessseeks anEsthiology Instructor to train, educate, and develop the next generation of professionals at our Madison campus.

Job Purpose/Culture:
The Institute of Beauty and Wellness is committed to creating a caring, compassionate learning environment that uplifts others. As instructors, we provide our students with the best possible service regarding education, support, direction, and feedback. Job Functions Teach core curriculum, including theory and hands-on facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and advanced services.

Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development.

Inspire professionalism and a strong work ethic, as is required in the service industry.

Prepare students for state license exams and placement.

Implement company systems and standards.

Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services and then train students on the products and protocols. Job Skills, Education, and Experience Active Esthetics license in the state of WIExperience as a practicing professional and experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lashes, etc.
