50% Commission on Services Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate, talented, and dependable Hairstylist to provide salon services for residents in our warm and welcoming senior living community. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping residents look and feel their best while building lasting relationships in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide professional hair services including haircuts, shampoo and styles, blowouts, roller sets, perms, and basic color services. Consult with residents to understand their preferences and individual needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary salon in accordance with health and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service with kindness, patience, and respect. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and community staff. Manage appointments and maintain accurate service records as needed. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Qualifications Current Wisconsin Cosmetology License required. Previous experience as a hairstylist preferred. Experience working with older adults or in a senior living, assisted living, or healthcare setting is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Compassionate, dependable, and professional. Ability to work independently while providing a welcoming salon experience. Compensation & Benefits Earn 50% commission on all salon services performed. Flexible scheduling. Established client base within the senior living community. Friendly, supportive work environment.
