In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring they have a smooth and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and check in guests, managing their reservations and payments. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about our spa services and amenities. Efficiently manage the spa's booking system and phone inquiries. Assist with retail sales of our exclusive spa products. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Conduct regular checks of the pool and spa areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and chemical balance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or reception role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
