Job Summary:

In need of a few head lice removal techs. We use non-toxic, pesticide free products as well as an FDA approved freeze device to remove head lice from the hair. We have 3 locations in the valley but gilbert is our busiest clinic. No experience necessary but having worked with hair before would be a plus. We book by appointment and have a system that allows you to enter your availability, then we book with in those time frames. Lice has become a big problem and being able to help families rid their households of the problem in 1 one hour treatment and watching their stress disappear is super rewarding. Duties:

• Have clients fill out intake paper work
• Perform head screenigs to verify a case of lice in the hair
• Use our FDA approved freeze machine to freeze the hair to eliminate the lice
• Comb out all evidence of lice
• Provide clients with the info they need post treatment and ring them up.
• Clean work station and clinic before leaving
• Keep your work schedule accurate and up to date ###

Skills:

• Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain lice removal procedures
• Prior experience working with hair is a plus but all training is provided
• Being comfortable working around lice
• Being thourough with information as well as the treatments Please note that while these skills may be beneficial, training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all necessary techniques.
