• SUMMARY
• A Retail Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they shop in our boutiques.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• + Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter the store + Assessing guests needs + Working with cash registers and processing payments + Attaining sales goals + Communicating about sales and promotions + Using upselling techniques to increase store sales + Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

• Education and Experience:

• + High School Education + 1 Year Retail Experience preferred
