The Aesthetic Body Specialist will be responsible for providing a full range of body treatments tailored to meet the client's needs and objectives. This role will combine the use of their marketing skills, promotion of products and services, and performing body treatments to build the business and maintain clients. What You Will Do Provide client consultations and perform body treatments tailored to each client's needs and objectives (these may include but are not limited to CoolSculpting, Venus, ReBalance) Build our body treatment business; utilize existing client base while building new client base to meet/exceed goals Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for body treatments Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products Cross-sell complementary services available in our facility Keep track of and update client charts; take before and after photos, add notes to charts Attend monthly trainings/meetings When not with clients, assisting in other clinic operations including but not limited to greeting clients, selling services and light cleaning Assist with other duties as assigned Occasional travel may be required to our other locations for training What You Will Bring Skills, Knowledge & Expertise High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of customer service or sales experience required Aesthetician License or Medical Assistant Certification in state of practice preferred but not necessary Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision Proficient with email and Word Availability to work evenings and weekends Experience in a clinical setting preferred Social Media experience a plus Existing clientele a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of: Standing, bending or stooping Use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls Reaching with hands and arms Repeating of same movements Talking and hearing Occasional periods of: Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing Pushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machinery Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package which includes generous employee discounts, Friends & Family discounts and a beautiful working environment with a stellar team.
