WEEKENDS.

This position is currently 15-20 hours a week. All team members receive free floats, cryotherapy, and infrared sauna treatments! If you are interested in part-time, you MUST be able to commit to at least 3 shifts a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcoming guests to Reboot and providing introductions in the float, sauna, cryotherapy, and fire and ice rooms to new customers
• Maintaining a clean spa environment
• Using the payments and booking system
• Front desk duties, including email, phone, and chat
• Ongoing 5 star customer service
• Water maintenance of pods
• Educating clients on benefits, packages, and memberships
• Laundry/Cleaning
• Upholding team values
• Looking to hire candidates that are available to work Weekdays & Weekends are a must!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal communication and written skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure when needed
• Positive attitude and self-starter mentality
• Ability to work nights and weekends

REQUIRED

• Flexibility to work at multiple locations a plus
