In this role, you will provide exceptional knowledge in IV, peptides knowledge and vitamin injections services , ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness enhancing the overall experience of our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IV services And peptide knowledge.
MUST HAVE
an Active medical degree and experience in the field Duties Must have
EXPERIENCE
in the following: , IV, peptides and vitamins Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Upsell products and services based on client needs to enhance their concerns Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Skills
MUST HAVE
experience and certified in IV Proficiency in the above treatment techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation.
