Braiders & Shampoo Technicians — The Braid Hive (DMV Area) The Braid Hive is a new luxury braiding studio serving the DC-Maryland-Virginia area. We are building a high‑standard, professional team of talented braiders and shampoo techs who take pride in their craft, their speed, and their customer service. We are looking for individuals who are: Skilled in protective styling Professional, reliable, and punctual Able to work in a fast‑paced, luxury environment Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience Position(s): Braider (with extensions) Natural Hair Braider/Stylist (without extensions, coloring, or relaxers) Shampoo Technician Part‑time & full‑time opportunities available

Requirements:

Experience with knotless braids, box braids, feed‑ins, twists, wigs/weft installation, microlinks, natural hair care, or loc maintenance Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow all grooming/dress standards Strong communication and customer‑service skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be willing to complete a background check Must be reliable, consistent, and team‑oriented

Compensation:

Competitive pay structure based on skill, speed, and experience. Details provided during the interview process.
