Responsibilities Assist senior stylists with client preparation, including shampooing, conditioning, and setting up tools and products for hair treatments. Manage appointment schedules using salon software such as Meevo to ensure smooth operations. Engage with clients through effective communication, offering product recommendations and upselling additional services like makeup application or hair care products. Help with store management tasks including inventory checks and product restocking to keep the salon well-organized. Learn and adhere to all sanitation protocols, including proper sterilization of tools like straight razors and barbering equipment. Answering phones, booking appointments and cofirming appointments. Experience Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a cosmetology environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
