Job Overview Join our vibrant beauty team as a Hair Stylist Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create stunning looks and memorable experiences for our clients. In this dynamic role, you will support a senior stylist by preparing clients, maintaining salon cleanliness, and assisting with a variety of hair services. Responsibilities Assist senior stylist with client preparations, including shampooing, glossing , inventory and scheduling Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly Provide excellent customer service to all clients with complimentary beverages, snacks and keeping a close eye on all chemical services Help with store management tasks like inventory and organization Experience Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a cosmetology environment is required Knowledge of salon software platforms such as Glossgenius is a plus but not required Familiarity with sanitation protocols, hair coloring techniques, and styling techniques Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members A passion for learning about hair care, and strong customer service to provide the best client experience This exciting opportunity allows you to grow into a strong stylist with a great work ethic dedicated to high customer service standards.
