About us Halo Head Spa is a small business in Brandon, FL, focused on holistic scalp care and overall wellness. Our mission is to create a peaceful, nurturing environment where both guests and team members can thrive. Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Receptionist/Spa Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall ambiance of our spa. As an essential part of our team, you will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, relaxing experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests and check them in for their treatments Assist guests in selecting services and answer any questions Answer phone calls and book appointments for guests Manage cash and credit transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa, including treatment rooms, reception, and common areas Restock supplies, towels, and linens as needed Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns professionally Maintain a positive, polished, and professional demeanor Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in customer service required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with cash handling and POS systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of spa products or wellness services is a plus Physically able to lift and carry supplies as needed Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about guest care
