Responsibilities Greet and welcome spa guests warmly and professionally. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently. Handle check-ins and check-outs, processing payments accurately. Provide information about spa services, amenities, and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with scheduling and point-of-sale software is a plus. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
