Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and career-driven Stylist Assistant to join our team. This is the first step in our apprenticeship program, designed for individuals who are serious about becoming a successful, in-demand stylist. You'll work closely with our stylists, gain real salon experience, and build the foundation needed to grow behind the chair.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist stylists with daily appointments and client services Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for services Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areas Prepare tools, color, and products for services Support front desk and guest experience when needed Provide a high level of care and professionalism to every client Participate in ongoing education and training sessions

Qualifications:

Cosmetology license or currently enrolled in cosmetology school (Florida) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment Passion for the beauty industry and long-term career growth
