Job Description

Description We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $17 per hour. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Spa Receptionist to join our team at a luxury spa in Downtown Miami. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience. Schedule appointments and manage the spa calendar. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Check guests in and out of services. Recommend spa services and retail products. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist the spa team with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Shifts Available:
8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM 10:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM 2:00 PM
