Full Job Description Description Job Overview:
The Amenities Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional resident experience by proactively overseeing all amenity areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and responsiveness. This role requires someone who is observant, self-motivated, and works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee pool, spa, fitness, entertainment and leisure amenities, keeping all spaces clean, stocked, organized and ready for use. Monitor activity and make safety announcements as needed to maintain a secure, welcoming environment. Proactively restock supplies, identify maintenance issues, and anticipate resident needs before being asked. Set up and reset spaces for poolside activities, reservations, and community events. Perform light cleaning duties (e.g., towel collection, debris removal, wipe-downs) throughout shifts. Inspect and maintain recreational equipment; report damaged or missing items promptly. Submit timely and accurate incident reports to management when needed. Support teammates proactively by communicating clearly, assisting during busy periods, and sharing responsibilities across amenities. Remain visible, approachable, and service-oriented throughout the day. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operating procedures in accordance with property policy.
Schedule:
5 days a week, Mon-Sun; Potential mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts
What We Offer:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation:
$17.00
