- Provide a wide range of hair care services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and techniques in trichology
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Perform roller sets, prep styling, coloring, blow drying, hair braiding and chemical treatments
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized
Skills:
- Strong sales skills to promote products and services to clients
- Ability to handle front desk duties such as answering phone calls and managing client inquiries
- Excellent guest service skills to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients
- Hospitality skills to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license(Not required)
- Valid Trichology Certification (can take our course if you don't have one)
- Proven experience as a cosmetologist
- Proficient in a variety of hair care techniques
- Knowledge of color theory and hair extensions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
