We are seeking an upbeat and friendly individual to staff the front desk and aid in the operation of our facility. Expectations

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
• Possess a positive can-do attitude, be self-motivated, and have good attention to detail
• Learn the benefits of floatation therapy, salt therapy and infrared sauna, and be capable of explaining them to customers in a clear and compelling way. Daily Responsibilities
• Greet, check in, and make customers feel welcome and comfortable
• Demonstrate to guests how to use the services (tour guide)
• Call guests to remind them of upcoming and missed appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Co-create an inviting, caring culture for clients and staff.
• Ensure rooms are clean and supplies are stocked (towels, earplugs, soaps, etc.)
• Perform a checklist of activities in a set period of time

• Working experience with online booking software Prior Experience
• 2+ years in customer service and/or sales
• Spa (or other) reception: 1 year (Required)
• Prior experience in spa field highly preferred

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Degree preferred
