Job Description
We are seeking an upbeat and friendly individual to staff the front desk and aid in the operation of our facility. Do you enjoy helping others by improving their health and wellness and working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have weekdays and weekend availability? You might be perfect Salt Spa attendant. Expectations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Possess a positive can-do attitude, be self-motivated, and have good attention to detail
- Learn the benefits of floatation therapy, salt therapy and infrared sauna, and be capable of explaining them to customers in a clear and compelling way. Daily Responsibilities
- Greet, check in, and make customers feel welcome and comfortable
- Demonstrate to guests how to use the services (tour guide)
- Call guests to remind them of upcoming and missed appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Co-create an inviting, caring culture for clients and staff.
- Ensure rooms are clean and supplies are stocked (towels, earplugs, soaps, etc.)
- Perform a checklist of activities in a set period of time
- Perform daily administrative tasks Work Skills

- Computer Knowledge Required

- Working experience with online booking software Prior Experience
- 2+ years in customer service and/or sales
- Spa (or other) reception: 1 year (Required)
- Prior experience in spa field highly preferred
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Degree preferred
Position Job Type:
