POSITION OVERVIEW

This role supports both our aesthetic and wellness divisions, including medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy, so there is always something new to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Support Assist nurse injectors across two treatment rooms simultaneously Prepare patients for treatment, including numbing and pre-treatment protocols Capture and upload before/after photos to patient charts Maintain accurate medical records, consents, and documentation in TMD Monitor and manage inventory and proactively restock supplies before shortages occur Keep treatment rooms clean, sterile, and organized at all times Support the wellness division, including medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy programs, assisting providers and ensuring a seamless patient experience across all service lines Patient Experience Welcome and check in patients with genuine warmth and professionalism Build rapport that makes patients feel seen, safe, and cared for Review patient concerns, goals, and prior treatment history before the injector enters the room Provide clear pre and post treatment instructions Educate patients on medical grade skincare, supplements, and complementary treatments Administrative Support Schedule follow-up appointments and future visits Assist with checkout, and accurate payment and service entry Order supplies in a timely manner to manage costs and avoid shortages

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical experience preferred Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Highly organized with close attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy, dynamic environment Positive, team-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others Comfortable learning new systems and clinical protocols

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
