Medical Spa Assistant & Social Media Coordinator Stone Lux Med Spa is looking for a professional, friendly, organized, and motivated Medical Spa Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable with clients, and excited to be part of a growing aesthetics and wellness business. This position plays an important role in both the day-to-day client experience and the growth of the practice . You will be responsible for helping clients feel welcomed and cared for from their first interaction with Stone Lux through their appointments and ongoing relationship with our practice.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments Check clients in and out and assist with payments and rebooking Room clients and help prepare treatment rooms for appointments Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk and client experience Monitor inventory and supplies and communicate when products or supplies need to be reordered Follow up with leads and inquiries to help convert prospective clients into booked appointments Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients Assist with client retention, rebooking, and outreach Send appointment-related emails, text messages, promotions, and follow-up communications Assist with administrative and day-to-day operational needs of the med spa Manage Stone Lux Med Spa's social media presence, including Instagram and other platforms Capture and create engaging photo and video content throughout the workday Create and post Instagram Stories, Reels, educational content, promotions, before-and-afters, and behind-the-scenes content Respond to social media messages and inquiries and help turn online engagement into appointments Help maintain a consistent, professional, luxury brand image across social media Assist with marketing ideas, promotions, content planning, and strategies to attract new clients Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, polished, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients both in person and online . The ideal candidate understands that exceptional customer service goes beyond scheduling an appointment—it is about building relationships, creating a memorable experience, and helping clients feel connected to Stone Lux Med Spa. Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality, customer service, sales, or social media environment is a plus. Strong communication skills, comfort with Instagram and short-form video content, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are important for this position. Pay:
