As a chair renter, you'll have the flexibility to grow your client base while enjoying the benefits of a supportive team and state-of-the-art facilities. This position is perfect for experienced stylists, and beauty experts eager to elevate their careers and expand their services in a lively, professional setting. Duties Manage your own client appointments, providing expert hair styling, cutting ,coloring, and perming services Offer specialized services like color consultations, and advanced hair styling techniques to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to sanitation protocols for tools, stations, and work areas. Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills—listening carefully to their needs and providing personalized recommendations for retail products and additional services.
- Assist with front desk duties when needed—checking in clients, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience Proven experience in cosmetology with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating skills in hair styling, coloring, cutting,perming Strong understanding of sanitation standards specific to beauty services to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Ability to mentor others while maintaining high-quality service standards; previous store management experience is a plus but not required.
