We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals that are enthusiastic about the beauty industry, have a cosmetology license or in cosmetology school, and eager to learn and get onto the salon floor as a stylist and colorist. Applicants should be team-oriented, and enjoy creating a positive client experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career as a hair stylist and/or hair colorist and who shares our passion for craftmanship. An ongoing educational program helps you to grow your skills preparing you for the floor for whenever you are ready!

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and professionally. Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for their salon services. Assist stylists with tasks such as organizing tools, maintaining cleanliness, wash and fold laundry, and ensuring smooth service flow. Assist stylists with washing out hair color, applying toner and glazes, and deep conditioning treatments. Perform blowouts and haircuts, as skills allow Keep shampoo stations, styling stations and common areas clean and tidy. Provide a relaxing and enjoyable shampoo experience for clients. Help stock and organize salon products as needed.

Qualifications:

MA Cosmetology License or cosmetology school required Passion for the beauty and hair care industry. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow with the team. Previous salon experience is a plus but not required.
