Restorative Aide

Tuscola County Medical Care Community is currently hiring Restorative CENA's to join our amazing team that provides top notch care to our residents. We are looking for highly motivated, compassionate and caring team members to join us in providing the best care to our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation residents. Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent State CNA Certification Pass Drug Screening Pass Background Check 18 Years or Older Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds Will also be subject to bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling throughout the work day Will be required to work every other weekend as a CNA on the floor. The primary purpose of your role is to plan, direct, and administer Restorative Services in our Community. In your role as a Restorative CNA you will demonstrate the use of medical appliances, obtain weights, and perform therapies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
