The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, administering vitamin injectables, weight-loss injections, in-body scans, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling scheduling, client management, consent forms, and other clerical tasks.

Required:

Previous experience in an upscale medical spa administrative support is preferred Current Medical Assistant certification required Previous experience with social media management or willingness to learn from marketing leads Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Administer injectable treatments such as vitamin injectables, weight-loss injections and IVs, with precision and care. Sanitate all tools and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Utilize VAGARO software for scheduling appointments, managing client information, and updating their SOAP notes with before & after photos when applicable Social Media skills for professional profile Manage scheduling, coordinating appointments for patients with various providers. Utilize software for patient records management and appointment tracking. Assist with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and questions promptly. Assist with Retail Inventory Reports Maintain business email Lead generation follow-through Cross-market other services that would benefit clients when relevant Assist with graphic design for socials when there is down-time Cross-communication with departments when treatment areas need attending whether it is a swiffer of floors or a restock areas Light cleaning work at end of day: taking trash out Managing business bank according to company policy Familiarity with Vagaro Software other relevant/similar spa software Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. A background in customer service will enhance your ability to provide outstanding support.
