As a Spa Sales Associate, you're the first and last person every guest sees. You'll welcome them, book their appointments, and help them find the membership that makes self-care part of their routine. It's a sales role with a relaxing setting, and the more memberships you sell, the more you earn. No spa experience? No problem. We'll train you on our services, our membership program, and how to sell without being pushy. What you'll do Introduce guests to our membership program and help them choose the right plan. You'll have weekly goals and our support in hitting them. Check guests in and out, answer phones, and manage the appointment schedule Learn our service menu (massage, facials, hair removal) so you can recommend with confidence Share current promotions and gift card offers Keep the front desk and lobby clean, calm and welcoming What you'll get Hourly pay plus commission on every membership, with monthly contests and bonuses Complimentary monthly service Paid training and ongoing coaching A real path up: Associate → Lead → Assistant Manager → Spa Manager.
