In this role, you'll master the art of sugaring, a natural and gentle alternative to traditional waxing, while providing clients with a luxurious and comfortable experience. - Perform body waxing services using sugaring techniques
- Build new guest relationships and focus on client retention
- Clean work areas and tools to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure the client comfort throughout the waxing process
- Utilize skills to recommend aftercare products and educate clients on proper skincare routines
- Provide education to guest on the services that we offer
- Meet and exceed service and retail objectives
- Attend team meetings
- Rotate receptionist responsibilities including confirming bookings, answering phone calls, and collect payments
- General cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, and etc. License Requirement
- A licensed esthetician Skills
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques, sugaring experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of esthetic best practices and principles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with retail sales and product recommendation Shifts
