We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Licensed Professional Salon Staff Member at Brandon Community Care Center . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. What You Bring to the
Table:
Essential Qualifications:
Consultation & Service :
Listen to client requests to recommend and perform services—including cutting, coloring, styling, chemical treatments, and treatments for the scalp.
Recommendations :
Educate clients on hair/skin health.
Sanitation & Hygiene :
Adhere to state board regulations by cleaning workstations, sterilizing tools, and sanitizing the shampoo bowl after each client.
Client & Schedule Management :
Maintain a personal book of clients, manage appointment times, and assist with walk-ins.
The Ideal Candidate:
An active, valid Cosmetology or Barber license in your state. Proficiency in color theory, cutting techniques, and experience working with diverse hair types. Exceptional communication, a welcoming demeanor, and a strong ability to build rapport. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements while working. What We Bring to the
