Job Summary The Spa Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the spa, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our range of services and products. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage appointments, assist clients, and support the overall team in delivering a high-quality spa experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail sales experience, and a passion for the wellness industry. Duties Manage scheduling and appointments for spa services using POS systems. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of service. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about available services and merchandise. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional services and products to clients. Maintain merchandising displays to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Perform basic math calculations for retail sales and inventory management. Ensure the spa environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues that arise. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or retail environment. Strong customer service and retail sales background with proven upselling abilities. Familiarity with POS systems for appointment scheduling and transactions. Supervising experience is preferred but not mandatory. . Excellent phone etiquette for handling client inquiries and bookings. Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Basic math skills required for cash handling and retail math calculations. Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
