Customer Service Associate - Spa (2 years experience)

Great opportunity at one of Nashua's top spas! Looking for a part time Guest Relations team member! As a team, we work together to exceed our client's expectations! We are looking for a new team member that is outgoing, self-motivated, energetic, fashion forward, customer focused, flexible and passionate for delivering exceptional customer service. Attention to detail, great multi-tasking skills, follow through and taking ownership are very important to us. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answering phones, confirming, and scheduling appointments. Checking clients in and out of their appointments with accuracy, while going above and beyond with every client at all times. Assist in promoting recommended products to clients and making notes in our system for future visits. Collecting and processing payments. Laundering of linens. Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained through all areas of the Spa daily. Assisting the Assistant Manager with projects

Qualifications:

Customer service skills: Ability to give service with a smile at all times and always keeping your cool even in stressful situations. Customer service experience is a plus. Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously. Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficient with computers and contemporary software applications.

Hours Needed:
