In this dynamic role, you will support senior stylists by preparing clients, maintaining salon cleanliness, and assisting with various styling and hair care services. Duties Assist senior stylists with hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and to ensure smooth service delivery Prepare clients by washing, conditioning, and setting up tools and products for styling sessions Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning stations, tools, and equipment regularly Support with retail sales through upselling hair care products, makeup applications, and nail care items to enhance client satisfaction Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as STX to optimize client flow and store management Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs and preferences Help mentor new team members by sharing knowledge of hair care techniques, color theory, and sanitation practices Experience Prior experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Knowledge of hair coloring techniques, hair styling, barbering.
