What You'll Do Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service Support Spa Associates through coaching, training, and daily guidance Meet and exceed membership sales and retail goals Build lasting relationships with members and guests Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks Help create a positive, results-driven team culture What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with a passion for wellness Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability should include 10-6pm Tuesday
