We specialize in lived-in color and hair extensions, serving a loyal clientele who value exceptional service, attention to detail, and a personalized one-on-one experience. This is more than a traditional assistant position. It's an opportunity to work alongside an established stylist, gain hands-on experience in a luxury salon environment, and learn the skills necessary to build a successful career in the beauty industry. What You'll Learn Luxury client experience and hospitality Hair extension preparation and maintenance Advanced color and blonding support Salon operations and organization Client communication and professionalism The foundations of building a successful beauty career Responsibilities Welcome guests and help create a warm, elevated salon experience Prepare clients for services and ensure their comfort throughout their visit Assist with color applications, formulations, and extension services as directed Shampoo, tone, and blow-dry clients when appropriate Maintain salon cleanliness and organization throughout the day Launder capes and towels and keep workstations stocked and prepared Inventory management and product organization Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks as needed Assist with content creation, photography, and social media behind-the-scenes when opportunities arise Uphold the high standards and attention to detail our clientele expect Who We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally Professional, dependable, and punctual Friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented personality Passion for the beauty industry and luxury client care Ability to work independently and anticipate needs Open-minded, inclusive, and respectful of all clients and team members Someone looking for a long-term opportunity to develop their skills and career Why Join Us?
