Job Description
Job Summary We are a new multi-floor spa and wellness center opening soon in Flushing, NY. We are looking for responsible and guest-focused Spa Attendants / Lounge Attendants to join our operations team. This position is responsible for maintaining guest areas, assisting guests, restocking supplies, and supporting the daily operation of the spa. The ideal candidate should be friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in spa, lounge, sauna, pool, and common areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas throughout the shift Restock towels, water cups, supplies, and guest amenities as needed Monitor lounge areas, sauna areas, and public spaces to ensure a safe and comfortable guest experience Politely remind guests of spa rules and facility guidelines when needed Report maintenance, safety, cleanliness, or guest-related issues to management Assist team members with daily operations and guest service needs Follow all company hygiene, safety, and service standards Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Basic English communication skills required Chinese communication skills preffered Previous experience in spa, hotel, gym, restaurant, cleaning, security, or hospitality preferred Friendly, patient, and professional attitude Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Able to stand, walk, patrol, and perform light physical tasks during the shift Comfortable working in a guest-facing service environment Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts Able to work well with a team and follow supervisor instructions Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality that leaves guests feeling refreshed and valued!
