(20-30 hours weekly) Must be Mature, Reliable, Dependable Availability to work a combination of days, evenings and one weekend day - Saturday or Sunday (preferred) Minimum 2 years Sales and/or Customer Service Experience

Role:

If you're enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about providing great service—we want to hear from you! Even if you're new to the spa industry, we provide training . All you need is a great attitude and at least 2 years of sales or retail experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Great Sales and Customer Service skills Sales include presenting membership and gift card options Customer Service includes answer phone calls, manage appointment bookings, greeting customers and closing transaction in Zenoti POS Promote spa services, products Ensure spa cleanliness and uphold brand standards Stay informed about service offerings (we'll train you!) Must be available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
