Conduct aesthetic procedures, high-touch patient evaluations, and deliver customized longevity therapies (HRT, peptides, aesthetics, medical weight loss, and IV protocols).
Drive Patient Sales & Retention :
Serve as a dual-trained provider who can confidently educate patients on treatments, present wellness plans, and close high-ticket service packages.
Manage Follow-Up Care :
Conduct ongoing evaluations and face-to-face follow-ups to ensure long-term clinical outcomes, patient retention, and repeat practice revenue.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Hourly Rate:
$45.00 + / hour (commensurate with clinical experience) 2%-10%
Performance Based Bonuses Tuition Reimbursement:
