We are open 7 days a week and are looking for a friendly, sales-driven Spa Associate to join our front desk team. Position Overview The Spa Associate is the first point of contact for our guests. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, driving membership sales, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience for every client. Key Responsibilities Greet all guests warmly and provide a professional, friendly first impression Present and sign up new prospects for our monthly membership program and explain membership benefits Answer phones in a professional manner, handle inquiries, and assist clients with booking, changing, and canceling appointments Check clients in and out, process payments, and recommend upgrades and add-on services Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area, including routine cleaning tasks as assigned, laundry and the overall cleanliness of the spa Follow all spa policies and procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience Refrain from using personal cellular phones at the front desk or in view of guests while on duty Schedule Requirements Must be able to work evenings, including shifts that run until approximately 9:30 pm Must be available to work weekends Must be available for holidays as scheduled Flexibility to work across our 7-day-a-week operating schedule Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, or front desk experience preferred (spa, salon, fitness, or hospitality a plus) Comfortable with sales and promoting membership programs Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to learn our scheduling/POS system What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (plus potential commissions/bonuses if you choose) Professional, supportive, and team-oriented work environment Training on our membership program, services, and products Opportunities for growth within the spa How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed and include your general availability (days and times), along with a brief note about why you would be a great fit for our front desk team.
