Job Description
Our Current Co-stylist member is moving up to Phase 3 in the Co-stylist Program and on her way to start her rewarding career as a Hair Stylist. As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a new team member to join the team. We are seeking for a licensed service provider or currently obtaining permit to work side by side our Artistic educator going through the Co-stylist training program. Our program is a hands-on- experience that provides training in all areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building and also learning New innovative service Head Spa Treatments. Our salon provides an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every Co-stylist graduates from our program with a seamless transition from Co-stylist to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are looking for Future Hair Designers with: Professionalism Passion for Hair Positive Attitude and energy Dedication to guest experience Team player Reliability Driven to self educate and willingness to grow Have current PA Cosmetology License or Temporary License Partner with an Artistic Educator Stylist in a 9-12 month, hands‑on co‑stylist training program while simultaneously taking salon guests to build a personal clientele throughout the program.
